Parent Organizations
CPAT is the parent organization here at Stanwood Elementary.
What is Stanwood CPAT and who can be a member?
Stanwood CPAT is made up of elected board members, our wonderful school staff, and volunteers. If you are a parent, guardian, or grandparent of a Stanwood student or an employee of Stanwood Elementary, you are a member! CPAT’s primary objective is to provide funds, resources, and volunteers for special programs that benefit our school, in order to enhance and enrich each one of our students’ educational experiences.

CPAT Programs and Volunteer Opportunities:
Through various fundraising events throughout the year, CPAT provides many exciting programs and opportunities for our students such as our back-to-school family events, North Pole Spectacular, field trips and in-school assemblies, a Veteran’s Day program, Staff Appreciation Week, Field Day, and so much more. Volunteers are vital to being able to truly make Stanwood Elementary “Someplace Special,” so we hope that you will also consider donating your time throughout the school year. Some are able to volunteer just an hour here and there, while others are able to commit more time. No matter how big or small, every contribution makes a difference for our kids, and each one of our volunteers is greatly appreciated.
What can you do now to help?
1) Obtain your volunteer clearances: Multiple clearances are required to be able to volunteer within our schools. Please visit www.hasdpa.net > Parent & Student Resources > Volunteers for more information on how to obtain clearances.
2) Help earn money for Stanwood Elementary: CPAT earns money year-round through programs such as Box Tops, Shutterfly Storefront, Chick-fil-A receipt collection, Shop ‘n Save S.E.E.D. program, Walmart Spark Good, and designated spirit nights at various local restaurants and businesses. For more information on how to easily participate, see the attached flyer.
3) Stay connected and informed during the 2024-25 school year:
Like and follow us on Facebook at Stanwood Elementary CPAT. Watch for information and announcements via flyers, Remind messages, and our new website, https://stanwoodcpat.org/. Our first membership meeting of the year will be held in the Stanwood Elementary BCIT room (Room 100) on Thursday, September 12, 2024 at 6:30pm. All are invited and welcome to attend. Finally, feel free to contact the board at [email protected].
Thank you for your support, and we are looking forward to an amazing 2024-25 school year with our whole Stanwood Family!
